Franchise Description
 AmeriSpec was incorporated in 1987 in Orange County, California and began offering home inspection franchises in 1988. Since its inception, AmeriSpec has conducted more than one million inspections. In 1996, AmeriSpec joined ServiceMaster Consumer Service Division as a wholly owned subsidiary of American Home Shield, the oldest and largest provider of home warranty contracts. Today, over 350 independently owned and operated businesses conduct over 150,000 AmeriSpec inspections anually in the U.S. and Canada.
Training & Support
 AmeriSpec offers two weeks of initial with an additional four weeks of training. Week One of Management Institute focuses on conducting a home inspection - based on ASHI Standards of practice. During this week you will also learn proper rereporting format, how to present findings to your clients, and how to utilize the Borealis Home Inspector Software and other technical tools. Week Two focuses on marketing and managing your business. Topics include analyzing your market; developing marketing and risk management strategies; determining the target audience; establishing pricing; managing day to day activities; creating shart and long term business plans; as well as other topics critical to the success and growth of you business.
