Participants in Crestcom’s flagship Bullet Proof Manager program attend half-day sessions once each month for one year to enhance their leadership and managerial skills. Training & Support
 Crestcom support for franchisees includes 7-10 days of initial classroom and field training, ongoing instruction, a lead assistance program, newsletters, and regional and international conferences. Qualified applicants may attend initial training before making a decision whether to become a franchisee.
