 In these times America’s families are spending more quality time together and staying closer to home than ever. Many have turned to boating on America’s lakes and waterways in their local area as their main family activity. With the wide variety of water activities and locations it is no wonder that retail expenditures on boating have increased 33% in just the past five years. Freedom® Yacht & Boat Clubs is America’s oldest “members only” boat club. Our members have the exclusive use of yachts & boats owned and maintained by our franchise partners. As the cost of boat ownership and renting continues to escalate, and available ramp and dock space becomes even scarcer and more expensive, joining a Freedom Club becomes a sensible alternative to owning or renting a boat. Our proven system of operation in the recreational boating industry has taken us from our first members and just three vessels 15 years ago, to today, with over 1500 members at 19 locations in 5 states. The “Freedom Way” allows for a great deal of flexibility in location, size and breadth of operations. Our new franchisees have the luxury of starting out small and growing the business as they go along. This enables lower start up costs and an early profit potential.
Training & Support
 Proper training is the key to our mutual success. Take advantage of our proven systems and procedures and assure your ability to get off to a fast start. Initial training is conducted year round at our Corporate Headquarters in sunny Sarasota Florida. You will be well instructed in all phases of our business operations including sales & marketing, marina selection, vessel operations, and business administration. You will learn directly from the principles of our organization as well as gain hands on experience working directly with our dedicated and long term staff. During ongoing operations our franchise partners talk frequently with the owners and directors of Freedom to discuss marketing techniques, business operations, and share success stories. As part of a small well organized team “one on one” assistance is the rule rather than the exception. Personal assistance is never more than a phone call away.
