Homewatch franchisees provide a broad scope of services including Homemaker, Companionship, Personal Care and Minor Medical Services. Our franchises accept Long Term Care Insurance and, depending on your state, Medicaid. A larger variety of services allow you to service a broader range of clients for a longer period of time thus diversifying and increasing your revenues. Our Operational Value Packages include national, discounted Liability Insurance, Worker`s Compensation Insurance and technology programs. Also, we offer benefit packages for employees that include medical, dental, vision and ”mini-med” plans.
Training & Support
Franchise support exists to grow your business. Prior to coming to franchise training, we are in communication weekly (if not daily) helping you to complete all of the items in our pre-opening checklist. Following completion of your weeklong training in Denver, we conduct weekly teleconferences for a minimum of eight weeks to assist you in getting off to a solid start. With our help, you will assess your competition by doing comparative analysis studies. You are guided through a SWOT analysis from which we develop a business and marketing plan for your first twelve months. A corporate staff person will assist you with your grand opening and will help get you started immediately via our Quick-Start Program. After your business is up and running the support continues. We constantly develop national referrals from industry websites, insurance companies and other lead sources. A webpage for your business is added to our websites at no extra charge. You receive weekly e-mails and at least one personal phone call from the corporate office each month.
