In addition we provide, free of charge, all the tools and equipment you need to be an Inspect-It 1st Quality Home Inspector. We have the best-copyrighted Computer Based Report system available in the U.S., which can be completed on a portable laptop or pen-based computer right on the job-site. Our franchisees are able to drive Sports-Utility vehicles and Pickups, its up to you. We do not overly regulate you by making you drive unattractive cargo vans or window vans. One of the many advantages to becoming a Franchisee of Inspect-It 1st is the low investment. Our inspectors have the additional income opportunities from at least 12 additional products or services that Inspect-It 1st offers in addition to the basic inspection.
Training & Support
 Our technology package enables our inspectors to keep a permanent computer record of all their voice notes, since both the digital camera and digital voice recorder upload their files to your computer. Your voice notes can even be converted automatically into text with our voice recognition software. Using our Copyrighted System is simple and convenient with our free software package, which includes reporting packages. Our computers are fully featured laptop computers, which will run all our furnished programs as well as your existing Windows-based software. Our inspectors do not need to carry heavy and expensive laptops with them around the jobsite. Instead, we furnish hand-held digital voice recorders, which fit easily into your shirt pocket. Then, using these notes, you fill in the report inside the home while seated comfortably at a table, out of the heat and cold. Your laptop also serves as an advertising tool since we provide you with a Movie-type Marketing CD that you play on your laptop in Realtor`s offices and on the inspection site. Using the Inspect-It 1st laptop is simple and convenient for you and your customers. Store photos, watch movies, record inspection details into our pre-determined forms, write letters, track customers, and print flyers.
