Keep in mind, very few of our franchise owners have had previous lawn care experience before they purchased a franchise. Therefore, we place more emphasis on business and management experience and much less on those who have had previous lawn care experience. NaturaLawn of America is about building a significant business and not about ”buying a job”. In addition, our franchise opportunity is not a 24/7 business that must be worked around the clock. Most of owners work 5 to 5.5 days per week offering them a true balance of career and quality of life.  NaturaLawn of America offers one of the most comprehensive lawn care training programs in the U.S. In addition to being a franchise company, we look at ourselves as being a training organization. In fact , our lawn care experts train at both the university level as well as at the individual state levels. With well over 150 years of lawn care management experience, you can expect both classroom and field training in such areas as equipment selection and usage; business and budget planning; marketing and promotion; fetilizer selection, safety and usage; operations management; accounting and bookkeeping; computerization: and much more.
