Training & Support
 Sunshine Pack & Ship training and support for its franchisees begins before the sale. We provide guidance and assistance for: site selection and lease negotiations construction build-out and adaptation of system standards to the specific selected site Initial Plan of Action development -- budget, marketing strategies, sales goals, grand opening Basic Initial Investment includes all equipment, signs, fixtures and opening inventory required to be immediately operational. One week of training at Corporate; for Retail and Logistics Centers, additional 4 days on-site at Grand Opening. Additional training available on as-needed basis. Corporate continuously researches and develops new products and service offerings. Corporate develops and provides advertising templates; variety of manuals and other resources; newsletters; etc. One-on-one support via toll-free phone, fax, email.
