Our on-going owner support program includes the following: Training On-going training programs are part of the The Little Gym® culture. We will take you through an intense program that will completely prepare you for the challenges of successful gym operation. And the training does not stop when the gym is opened-training programs are always available. Materials and Manuals We rely on the collective wisdom of the entire The Little Gym® family to fine tune and update our business practices. Every function in the operation of a The Little Gym® is fully documented-all part of the vast array of the tools we provide you. In short, we know what we are doing. From front desk operation to customer service to staffing, we will offer valuable and time-tested information to ensure your success. Ongoing Business Consulting Once you have become a Franchise Owner, you will be assigned a New Business Specialist.
